What is your booking policy?
Booking policy
All clients are required to pay a deposit to secure an appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid either at my studio in cash there and then or via bank transfer within 48hrs.
The booking will be removed from my diary if a deposit isn’t paid within this timeframe,
it is not my responsibility to remind you to pay it,
I do not “reserve appointments until payday” .

What is your reschedule/cancellation policy?
Reschedule/cancellation policy
Please give 72hrs notice if you would like to reschedule your appointment. This can be done via email.
Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No exceptions .
should you decide to cancel your appointment all together your deposit will not be refunded.

When will I see my design?
Your tattoo design will be prepared for the day of the appointment unless further planning is required beforehand eg; large scale work backpieces/sleeves etc.
Sometimes I like to draw the imagery straight on the body, rather than on paper. I can make a design fit/flow better that way.
